Searching Property Records Is Easy and Quick Online
We were all surprised to learn that a distant cousin had given us in his will the deed to a pretty significant piece of property out in Montana. Since none of us had ever been to that state, we were excited to drive out and see what we now owned. Imagine our surprise to find another family living on what looked like the south side of our land. It took a trip to the Internet and a search of property records to learn that this same cousin had earlier given away part of the property to another family who were down on their luck. I guess my cousin was a generous kind of guy.
