My roommate called me back again later in the day yesterday and apparently, he was calling the wrong department. He was supposed to call the asset records lady but he never had the right number. he says that now that he has the right number, he accomplished what he needed to do in ten minutes instead of the two hours he took trying to call the wrong number and the wrong department. He says he feels such relief and is ready for a delicious lunch.
